Manoa falls is a nice hike. It's about 1.5 miles each way, with a fairly decent path. It's always clearly marked and they maintain the trail pretty well. The falls were somewhat unimpressive and you can't go into the water due to the leptosperosis (sp?). This hike didn't take too long, but the end wasn't that great.
